Dr. Alejandro Velasco is a doctor of naturopathy, a recognized system of natural healing. He holds a degree and has extensive experience in the martial arts. After 20 years of practicing massage therapy and some years of martial arts he has concluded that massage therapy and martial arts are the Ying/Yang of our bodies. He utilizes a holistic approach to healing, health and fitness. He has an extensive knowledge of anatomy and physiology, and is a personal fitness trainer. From competition in the martial art Alejandro knows first hand the pain and agony of difficult bodily injuries. He uses natural holistic approaches to rapidly resolve body pain and injuries.
